Through our meritocratic recruitment process, EPL gathers Africa’s most promising future leaders and places them into meaningful civil service positions.
Each program, designed specifically to fit the contextual needs of civil service in its country of operation, provides fellows with the supervisory support, rigorous training and mentorship they need to launch and build successful careers in public service.
