The application for the PYPP 12th Regular Recruitment Exercise is now CLOSED.
The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP) in collaboration with the Civil Service Agency (CSA) will soon announce to the general public the selection of the 12th Cohort (Class XII).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The PYPP maintains robust recruitment and selection processes that are merit-based and target the most diverse group of qualified applicants. Females and persons with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants should have a reasonable mix of the following criteria:
History of service to community or school through involvement in extracurricular activities;
Law-abiding Liberian national who is not older than 35 years as of December 31, 2023;
Must be Liberian with a current National Identification Number (NIN);
Must have a clean record verified by a criminal record check;
Recent (up to 3 years) college/university graduate with 1st degree in any discipline and a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00;
Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills;
Friendly, patient, fast learner, self-starter, resourceful, organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced professional working environment;
Punctual, reliable and committed to learning and self-improvement;
Basic understanding of working with Microsoft Office applications;

APPLICATION MATERIALS
Current CV/Resume.
Two (2) recent passport-size photos.
Recent Police Clearance (not older than six months).
Valid Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
Current National Identification Number
Most recent college/university transcript or letter of attestation, indicating the grade point average (GPA).
Three (3) letters of recommendation: one each (Professional, Academic & Community Chairman).
A motivation letter (maximum 500 words) answering the following question: “Why do I feel best suited for the President’s Young Professionals Program and what qualities do I bring”.
THE PROCESS
Submit full application materials before the deadline.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to sit for the Civil Service Agency aptitude test and the PYPP written and computer aptitude test.
Finalists will be asked to return for interviews.
