Emerging Public Leaders, established in 2016, is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID: 81-5294637) in the United States that works with our partners in Africa to strengthen governance and public services by training young professionals entering or in the civil service.
