Hh Zaizay serves as the Executive Director and leads the in-country team of the President's Young Professionals Program of Liberia. Mr. Zaizay provides critical leadership support, and is responsible for the management and implementation of program-related activities and curricula in Liberia. Mr. Zaizay serves as the main point of contact in Liberia for all partners and stakeholders. He holds a MA in Gender, Peace, and Security from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center in Accra, Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the United Methodist University in Monrovia, Liberia.
Moses Cofie serves as the Country Director of Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana where he is responsible for strategic leadership and direction of the program, including programmatic implementation and operational management. Mr. Cofie is an extraordinary leader who brings a wealth of experience as Managing Consultant and President of Leaders & Mentors International (L&MI), a business consulting firm that builds leadership capacity for individuals and organisations. Before setting up L&MI, Mr. Cofie worked in various managerial roles in Unilever Ghana for 14 years, and then served as Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Communications Africa, before moving on to Intercontinental Bank Ghana (now Access Bank Ghana). With a passion for exemplary leadership, Moses is committed to helping fill the leadership capacity gaps in Africa. He is also a Specialist in youth mentorship and aligning teams behind the vision and values of their organizations.
